"Hi, I'm Arne Röseler. After more than a decade working in business strategy, growth development and brand communications in Berlin and Hamburg, I have learned most about leadership by living through it in my own life. I relocated to New York to reshape my compass and build the next chapter with more intention and less noise.
That's where Rös.a comes from. It's a combination of the letters of my first and last name, but also a reference to the color pink (German: rosa). It acts as a signal of personal connection and of course, the color stands out. It creates contrast and draws attention in the middle of complexity and change. It's about creating the clarity to decide and the confidence to act.
